Hi Gurus,
I am interested in renting a unit in Sherwood Tower, however, I have 5 questions.....
1) If I need a property in December 09, when would you recommend to start contacting the agents for viewing the properties?
2) What are the process involve andhow long will it take to process before I can move into the property?
3) Does the rental fee that are listed for a particular property inclusive of the condo maintenance fee?
4) Does old property like Sherwood Tower has SCV cable in place?
5) How much deposit do I have to put aside if the rental fee is $2500/mth?
